Take Me Out to the Ball Game

May and June are all about BASEBALL in our little world! And we wouldn't have it any other way! Is there really anything better than sitting out in the sunshine with a cold Diet Coke in your hand and watching some ball??! We are pretty much obsessed. Do you need some proof?

Check out my nails right now! And yes, I always seem to end up with the score book which makes me have to stay extra focused. So I need some cute nails while I keep the books, right?!

Yup, this is me. I am THAT mom in the rhinestone "blingy" shirt bragging about my kid. I may embarrass them a little but hey, they love me anyway.

I love the signs that our city hung on the baseball fields this year. Isn't this the truth?! Sometimes it's good to have a little reminder. ;)

What I love most about baseball is seeing my boys and their teammates improve and really play as a team as the season progresses. We have been so lucky to have some amazing coaches that put so much time and energy into their teams. I always like to finish off the season by giving our coaches a little "thank you" gift.

This year, I layered sunflower seeds, Big League Chew and jerky together. These are every ball players favorites! I tied some fun red, white and blue ribbon around it to give it an All American feel. I also tucked in a little gift card to a soda shop here in town in case our favorite coaches get a little thirsty after the game. ;)

The Craft Smith Chalkboard Tags that I picked up at Michaels a few months ago was the perfect finishing touch. I always make sure my boys sign their own names on things like this.

These tags are so much fun and really come in handy when in a pinch. There "may" be another round of these babies coming to Michaels someday soon. If this happens, you will definitely want to stock up! ;)

I hope you have a wonderful weekend full of sunshine, smiles and maybe even some crafting! Enjoy your days and I'll see you back here next week!
