A Homemade Holiday

December 9th...it is December 9th!

Only 15 days to go until Christmas. I hope you are all feeling the magic of this season. My cute little family is trying to focus on, "What did you give" instead of "What did you get" this season. It's tough teaching little boys {only a little bit spoiled ;)} how important this is! But we try and focus on some people around us that may need a little extra joy and cheering up and do it. I found this sweet "Christmas Angel" Calendar on Pinterest and have decided to work this into our December this year.

I love the ideas, things I have never thought of before! If you have any ideas of things I can do with my boys to help instill the giving Christmas spirit, leave a comment for me!

I wanted to share a sweet Christmas layout that I made of me and my boys. They are getting so big but I still love to snuggle them...when they will let me!

I love the "homemade" look of this layout. The kraft patterned paper layered on the text background is so fun. And I cut out all kinds of little words and phrases to make my title. I love the traditional colors in this layout along with the whole paper pad.

The Craft Smith Homemade Holiday Paper Pad was used for this layout. There is a mixture of white background prints and kraft background prints which make an awesome variety. Definetly a must for the traditional crafter! And don't forget, this paper is available now at Michaels!

I wanted to make sure that all of you knew about our new Craft Smith Pinterest Page. We are adding new pins all the time and want to make it a great source of inspiration for you!

Thanks for stopping by, I will be back soon with more holiday project ideas!
